Manage Change, Loss and Grief with Solution-focused Hypnotherapy

Any change in our lives, even positive change, can be stressful and it can take us time to adjust. Whether we are moving home, changing jobs or coping with the end of a relationship, change can bring about a sense of loss – of how things used to be. This is greatly exacerbated when a loved one dies and we may experience many emotions, from anger to extreme sadness.
